For selective weeks “Buscina” offers a three day cooking school at the Istrian cookery course.
The three day cooking courses are either from Friday to Sunday. Our chef Fabiana Mijanovic will guide you through the Istrian Cooking Classes in a fun and informal way. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves for a hands-on Istrian cooking holiday.
During three days’ cooking lessons in Istria you will not only learn some great new techniques, you will also make friends for life.
It’s the perfect way of learning to cook great food while discovering the regional culture and cuisine.
