Nestled in the quiet village of Buščina, our family tasting room invites you to experience the authentic flavors of Istria. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, we produce extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, and balsamic vinegar with passion and respect for tradition.

In our restored former stable, you can taste the essence of our land — handcrafted products made from our own olives and grapes, grown with care and dedication. Every drop tells a story of family, heritage, and terroir.
