    Jednodnevni tečaj kuhanja pomoći će vam da otkrijete i usavršite svoj kulinarski talent. Podučiti ćemo vas kako, s jednostavnim i zdravim namirnicama, možete pripremiti istarska jela. Pripremljena jela spariti ćemo s vinima i maslinovim uljima vinarije Cuj.

      •JEDRENJE ZA POČETNIKE•

      Jednodnevni izlet brodom uz umašku rivijeru otvorit će Vam poglede i naučit ćete neke osnove o jedrenju. Jedinstven doživljaj da upoznate brodove i sjeverni dio Jadrana.

    Istrian Cooking Course includes:

      LEARN HOW YOU CAN PREPARE A TASTY MEAL IN A SIMPLE WAY
      -preparation of bread
      -preparation of various soups and stews
      - homemade pasta with various seasonal sauces
      -preparation of meat or fish
      - fritters or kroštula

      The price of the course includes: cooking with a professional chef, food, drinks, recipes and tasting of oil and wine.

      The workshop is intended for anyone interested, and previous culinary knowledge is not necessary.

      Places are limited, so reserve your place.

      The price of the course is 65 Euros per person.

      Botegin by IOSA – An Authentic Istrian Experience

      In the heart of Buščina, a small village near Umag, you will find Botegin by IOSA – a family tasting room created from our love for Istria, olive trees, wine, and simple moments shared around the table.

      Through guided tastings, you will discover our story, our production methods, and the flavors created “drop by drop” – from organic extra virgin olive oil to homemade vinegars, local wines, and traditional delicacies.

      All products are made within our family estate under the IOSA brand, with a strong focus on quality, tradition, and the authentic spirit of Istria.

      Basic Tasting – 7 € per person

      • tasting of 2 extra virgin olive oils
      • 1 glass of local wine
      • introduction to our products and family story

      IOSA Experience – 18 € per person

      • tasting of 4 extra virgin olive oils
      • tasting of 3 local wines
      • selection of local cheeses and Istrian cured meats
      • guided tasting with stories about local varieties, tradition, and production

      Minimum number of participants: 4 persons.

      Botegin by IOSA – An Authentic Istrian Experience, Buscina Villas Umag

      Sailing in Umag, Istria

      Private tour 12 m (40 feet), for 2- 8 persons.

      Every day from Monday until Friday, from May until October. 

      In the price are included skipper, fuel, drinks and snacks. 

      Our trips are relaxed and offer enough fun for the whole family, we will sail, see the coast and swim in a beautiful bay. 

      Our excursions are adapted for families and for inexperienced sailors.

      Price list:

      Full day trip 480 Euro

      (from 10:00, until 17:00)

      Half day trip 350 Euro

      (from 10:00, until 14:00)

      Sunset trip 350 Euro

      (from 17:00, until 21:00)*

      *depends of the month in the year and the sunset time.
